"It Shouldn’t Be That Hard Right?" Scottie Evans Gives Statement About Being A Dad
Yesterday (5/30/2018), we broke the story of fromer Aero Academy Grand Champion, Scottie Evans, was rumored to be a father with a old flame from his college days. Since then, we met up with Scottie out in Los Angeles with girlfriend Olivia Goncalves. We asked him a few questions privately, this is what he had to say:
TMZ : How do you feel about the news?
Scottie : I wouldn’t necessarily call this “news"...but to answer your question, I guess you could say I don’t really know how to feel at the moment. It’s like should I be happy? Sad? Or mad that this got sent straight to the public before me? I don’t know, it’s whatever..
TMZ : Do you believe it? Do you actually believe that you are the father of this child?
Scottie : I didn’t at first, until I received a photo in the mail the other day from the girl who reached out to you guys. It was a photo of the kid.. he’s practically got the same birthmark as me on his thigh. That can’t be a coincidence.. can it?
TMZ : I guess not. Does Olivia know yet? How did she take the news, or how do you think she will take it?
Scottie : I’m still working on telling her upfront. I kind of feel like she’s already aware of it by now though, because of all the constant bloggers & gossip accounts tweeting about it, and she’s just not saying anything, but overall I feel like she’ll be alright with it
TMZ : Are you ready to take responsibilities as a father?
Scottie : I guess, I don’t know.. It shouldn’t be that hard right? If Atarian’s punkass can do it then so can I!
TMZ : Would you like to give us more information about your son?
Scottie : Apparently his names Dylan
TMZ : Well, we hope nothing but the best for you and Dylan.
